My newly created 1:1 Mentoring Program is the perfect choice for you if you want to take more than single sessions and are looking for a deeper experience with close support.

I offer you three different programs, which can be booked for either 3, 6 or 9 months.
In these periods I will personally guide you in your individual process to give you support and orientation in your intensive change processes.

The beauty of this is that you can use this offer in persona as well as online (if you live further away, for example).

The 3 Months Program DIP YOUR TOE IN WATER lets you find out what is possible when you look inward and explore your previous views and actions. 

The 6 Months Programm FLOATING helps you to first consciously change your perspective and then to dare the leap into the unknown. Here you let go of the old and make room for the new.

In the 9 Months Programm DEEP DIVE you move from the change of perspective towards the process of change and dive deep into a new consciousness that enables you to remove hindering beliefs and to integrate new elements into your thinking and behavioral repertoire. Here you set out to live and express your true self step by step.
