My philosophy of work
My intention is to guide you in a professional and focused way during the processing of your life topics.
I'm constantly fascinated by the body intelligence of each individual and amazed how easy it can be to find the right solution with the help of this intelligence.
During our time working together, respectful behaviour is a matter of course, including the maintenance of confidentiality.
I am aware that medication belongs in the hands of a doctor or alternative practitioner. I do not diagnose or prescribe.
I don't treat diseases but work exclusively on the imbalance/stress that can cause a disease.
I use supervision, constantly educate myself, and respect my professional and technical limits.
When your energy vibrates at a frequency that is in direct alignment with what the universe has been attempting to deliver your entire life, you begin to live in the flow and true miracles start to happen. -Panache Desai
My way to Kinesiology
From childhood to adulthood, I suffered various traumas.
But one childhood trauma was so drastic that the memories of it kept catching up with me.
As a teenager, I often went through very dark times where I fled reality and harmed myself.
At 22, I became pregnant and the tide turned.
Even though I hadn't been able to take responsibility for myself and my life in the years before, I was now ready to do so.
The birth of my son marked the beginning of a new phase in my life.
The bond of love gave me an inner strength and stability.
Nevertheless, there was still this shadow of memories that kept pulling the rug out under my feet.
At the age of 36, I hit rock bottom and my mental stress was affecting my physical well-being.
In addition to anxiety and constant migraine attacks, I also suffered from dangerously high blood pressure. Although I was able to get this under control with the help of conventional medicine by taking antihypertensive medication every day, but this didn't solve the cause as I saw it.
By a fortunate coincidence, I was introduced to Health Kinesiology.
The holistic approach of this method, as well as the fact that it doesn't only fight symptoms, but specifically searches for the origin of a problem, inspired me from the beginning and was ultimately exactly what I was looking for.
So I began to get deeply involved in this effective method and removed a layer of stress with every kinesiology session.
At a certain point, I was also allowed to work on my traumas.
I faced my shadow, walked through the pain, and gradually allowed myself to heal.
The memories remain, of course, but they are not as present as they were then and do not weaken me today. I look at the situations that happened today more from a bird's eye view.
And when I have the feeling that my inner child needs love, I gently get in touch with it.
With the help of kinesiology, I have learned to take responsibility for my life and make decisions that have ultimately had a positive effect on my physical health as well as my whole life.
Today, I am consciously aware of my body's warning signals and have developed a sensitive feeling for my behavior and thought patterns.
I draw on my own abilities and strengths and live a self-determined life.
I would like to share this knowledge and the power of self-awareness with my clients.
Trauma is not just an event that took place sometime in the past; it is also the imprint left by that experience on mind, brain and body.

Important note
Kinesiology has been one of the world's proven methods of treatment and therapy for about 50 years, and it is still strictly scientifically controversial.
This means for the common scientific term the accompanying kinesiology is not a medicine and not a sufficient substitute for a classical medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
In the case of health complaints or illnesses, medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, i.e. the help of a doctor, alternative practitioner or psychotherapist, should therefore be sought.
However, the accompanying kinesiology is undisputedly to be understood as health and life counselling.
According to a large number of holistically oriented doctors, alternative practitioners and psychotherapists, the accompanying kinesiology can contribute to the alleviation of health complaints or diseases.
Its therapeutic efficacy is not proven by scientific findings, but is consolidated by the many and varied experiences of our clients.
